STAMPD Designs LA Auto Show Clothes for Scion Product Specialists
The much-awaited LA Auto Show opens its doors to the press tomorrow, and to the public on Friday. If you’re heading there to see the latest offerings from the automotive industry, make sure you stop by Scion’s display, where product specialists will be wearing very special outfits designed by LA-based lifestyle brand, STAMPD.
STAMPD was announced as a Scion partner in collaboration with the release of the new iA sedan and iM hatchback. The label was named 2015 Best New Menswear Designs in America by GQ Magazine, and has designed an exclusive Scion collection for the LA Auto Show, to include jackets, shirts, and pants.
“I wanted to keep the palette for the collection muted so the clothes complement the cars,” said Chris Stamp, creator and designer of STAMPD. “The details are understated, but looking closely you can see how intricate each piece is, adding a modern approach to conventional specialist wear.”
Chris Stamp also directed two new commercials for the 2016 Scion iA and iM, showcasing each vehicle and how STAMPD’s menswear and womenswear complements the vehicles’ sporty, sleep styles. You can watch the first of these two commercials below.
