What’s New on the 2020 Mirage, Mirage G4, and Eclipse Cross
Mitsubishi announced some great updates on the 2020 Mirage, Mirage G4, and Eclipse Cross. The latest generation of these vehicles shows promise of being the best thus far, thanks to new features.

Specifics on the model improvements
The 2020 Mirage has notably fewer changes than the 2020 Mirage G4 and the 2020 Eclipse Cross. The main upgrade on the Mirage is the addition of Automatic Climate Control, which is now standard on all trims. This upgrade also applies to the Mirage G4. Notably, this makes both the 2020 Mirage and the 2020 Mirage G4 the only vehicles of their respective classes to have the feature come standard.
The 2020 Mirage G4 is also ceasing to offer the ES Package, which was available on the 2019 MY. However, the subcompact car is adding a new LE trim as an option. A couple style changes are also occurring on the 2020 Mirage G4. The front grille has a new design and the Mirage G4 badge is moving to the left side of the trunk’s rear.
The 2020 Eclipse Cross is receiving new 2WD trims with Active Yaw Control for the SE, LE, and SEL trims. The SE trim is also offering a new package complete with a Panoramic Sunroof and roof rails. Helping you stay safe on your drive, Lane Departure Warning, Automatic High Beams, and Forward Collision Mitigation are now standard on SEL and SE trims.
Both the ES 2WD and 4WD have redesigned 16-inch wheels. For increased winter comfort, the LE trim now has heated front seats. The popular My Mitsubishi Connect App is loaded with a Vehicle Status Report so you can better know when your Eclipse Cross needs service.
A Quick History Lesson: Origins of the Eclipse
If the 2020 Mirage and 2020 Mirage G4 have peaked your interest, you’ll unfortunately have to wait until November of 2019 for the expected release. However, the 2020 Eclipse Cross should be up for grabs before the month is even over.
