2015 Genesis Coupe Offers Even More to Performance Car Buyers
For 2015, the ever-popular Genesis coupe will see some very worthwhile updates. The Genesis’ 348 hp, 3.8-liter direct-injected V6 will now be standard, and new base 3.8-liter V6 manual and automatic transmission models will be added to the lineup. In addition, LED daytime running lights will be standard, and the 3.8 R-Spec model will now feature standard proximity key with push-button start and automatic climate control.
According to a Hyundai news release, “The high-performance V6 engine in every Genesis Coupe ensures its buyer maximum powertrain performance at a very affordable price point. This critical enhancement ensures Genesis Coupe continues to carry its recognized market success as a rear-drive, high-output performance sport coupe for everyday enthusiasts”.
The Genesis has been aggressively designed, with 18 and 19-inch alloy wheel designs, large openings in the front fascia which allow for optimal engine breathing, and dual asymmetrical exhaust tips which round out the sports car’s dynamic and practical design.
Inside, the Genesis features innovative design cues–including a premium leather steering wheel; an instrument cluster that offers premium ambience and superior readability; and the Hyundai Blue Link® safety, service and infotainment telematics system. These, along with additional technologies offer best-in-class comfort and connectivity.
Boasting precise handling, high performance braking, an upscale interior, innovative and modern technology, and industry-leading safety features; the 2015 Genesis Coupe is among the highest-performing sports cars available in today’s market.
