What’s New for the 2019 Model Year?
The Buick LaCrosse added two new trims for 2019: the Sport Touring and Avenir. The Sport Touring trim comes with exclusive features such as a blacked-out grille and 19-inch wheels. The 2019 Buick LaCrosse also offers two new exterior colors: Carrageen Metallic and Dark Shadow Metallic.

The Buick LaCrosse sports a sleek, sophisticated frame fit for the modern driver. With trims like the Sport Touring, you can opt for an exclusive exterior look with unique accents and features such as a rear spoiler and 19-inch aluminum wheels.
The 2019 Buick LaCrosse is available in 10 exterior colors: Black Onyx, Summit White, Ebony Twilight Metallic, Quicksilver Metallic, Pepperdust Metallic, Satin Steel Metallic, Pewter Metallic, Red Quartz Tintcoat, White Frost Tricoat, and Carrageen Metallic.

There are two powertrain options for you to choose from on the 2019 Buick LaCrosse. Its standard engine is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder with eAssist electrification technology, paired to a six-speed automatic transmission. This combination gives off 194 horsepower and 187 lb-ft of torque. You can also opt for a 3.6-liter V6 engine with a nine-speed automatic transmission for 310 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. All six trims come standard with front-wheel drive. However, you can opt for all-wheel drive on the Essence, Premium, and Avenir trims.
Efficiency
When equipped with its standard four-cylinder engine, the 2019 Buick LaCrosse earns an estimated 25 mpg in the city, 35 mpg on the highway, and 29 mpg combined. The larger, more powerful engine — the 3.6-liter V6 — earns an estimated 20 mpg in the city, 30 mpg on the highway, and 24 mpg combined.
Interior
The Buick LaCrosse truly channels the essence of luxury with its standard leatherette seating and entertainment technology features. If you’re interested in an audio-focused interior, the Avenir comes with an 11-speaker Bose premium audio system with a Centerpoint surround system.
