2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Honored with Spot on Wards 10 Best Interiors List
In recognition of its comfortable, useful, and value-heavy cabin, the 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe crossover recently won a spot on the prestigious Wards 10 Best Interiors list.
Wards considered 32 vehicles for its list of top interiors, evaluating them based on criteria like ergonomics, comfort, quality, and looks.
“The $39,905 Santa Fe Ultimate 2.0T AWD grade we tested is an incredible value,” said Wards Senior Editor Christie Truett. “It has better materials and fit-and-finish, plus a more progressive interior design, than some competing midsize CUVs costing thousands more.”
The Santa Fe’s cabin is designed with a spacious look, horizontal lines, and clear visibility throughout. Touches like a panoramic sunroof, contrasting seat stitching, and a layered instrument panel bring a premium feel to the interior. The trim tested by Wards also includes features like heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, a Heads-Up Display, wireless charging, and navigation.

“Our editors especially loved its door speaker grilled with their raised, rock-like appearance, as well as the CUV’s tweed-like headliner,” said Truett. “What’s more, the Santa Fe comes standard with an array of advanced driver-assistance system technologies oftentimes optional, even in six-figure luxury models.”
These standard safety features include Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with Pedestrian Detection, and Drive Attention Warning.
