2020 Fiat 124 Spider Abarth Offers New Scorpion Sting Graphics

Not that the Fiat 124 Spider Abarth needed anything else to help it stand out on the road, the 2020 model year of the sleek roadster will now feature its namesake graphic on its hood and on its sides as a way to boldly honor founder Karl Abarth and the 70th anniversary of the Abarth badge. 2019 also marks 120 years for Fiat.

The new “Scorpion Sting” Appearance Group details the 124 Spider Abarth with Rosso red side stripes along its body and a prominent Abarth scorpion graphic decal in red on the its hood to honor founder Abarth’s astrological sign, the Scorpio. The cost of these striking, bold design elements is a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of $395.

The 2020 Fiat 124 Spider Abarth is available at three trim levels — Classica, Lusso, and Abarth — and is powered by a class-exclusive four-cylinder turbocharged engine. The 2020 Fiat 124 Spider Abarth is also tops of its class in cargo room measurements and fuel ratings on the highway. The quad exhaust tips, another class-exclusive design element, add to the fierce aesthetic of the 124 Spider Abarth.

The 2020 Fiat 124 Spider is powered by a 1.4-liter MultiAir Turbo four-cylinder engine rated at 164 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. Drivers have the option of a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission.
