The Toyota 4Runner is known for its capability and power, which is particularly useful for Canadian drivers who like to explore off the beaten path. For 2020, Toyota is adding the 4Runner Venture to the lineup. The Venture model is designed to appeal to adventurous Canadians with its rugged looks and unique details.

“The 4Runner is the authentic 4×4 for the modern adventurer,” said Cyril Dimitris, Vice President, Toyota Canada Inc. “Based on Toyota’s heritage of building impressive trucks that conquer any terrain and weather that the planet throws at them, the 4Runner is ready for anything you can throw at it.”

Standard features in the 2020 Toyota 4Runner Venture include 17-inch TRD Pro wheels, Predator side steps, black SofTex seats, and roof rack cross bars. Like all 4Runner models, the Venture model is powered by a 4.0-liter V6 engine paired to a five-speed automatic transmission to make 270 horsepower and 278 lb-ft of torque.

For 2020, all 4Runner models get standard features like Toyota Safety Sense P, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, Connected Services by Toyota, a 4.2-inch full colour display, Toyota Smart Key System with Push Button Start, and dual-zone automatic climate control.

Depending on the model, the 4Runner seats either five or seven. All models receive a leather-wrapped steering wheel, eco drive monitor, an integrated garage door opener, and a power vertical sliding rear window.
