FCA recently earned a spot on Latina Style magazine’s list of the 2020 Top 50 Best Companies for Latinas to work for in the U.S. The automaker took the 15th spot, making it the highest-ranked automaker on the list.

Why FCA made the list
The 2020 Top 50 Best Companies for Latinas list appears in Latina Style magazine’s LS50 Report, which recognizes companies that have diverse promotion and recruitment initiatives. This report also highlights the businesses that have shown their dedication to recruiting military personnel and veterans.
When compiling the list, Latina Style magazine looked at hundreds of companies and evaluated them for their inclusivity. The magazine sent a survey to Fortune 1000 companies to learn about their employee benefits, leadership programs, and Latina representation. Since the LS50 Report was established in 1998, FCA has made the list 17 times.
“Our consistent performance on this important benchmark reflects our longstanding commitment to respect and fully engage all people and cultures,” said Lottie Holland, Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement, FCA – North America.
To show its commitment to having a diverse staff, FCA has 10 Business Resource Groups. The automaker’s employees direct these groups, each of which represents a different community. One of the most active groups is the Latins In Connection BRG, which supports the professional development of its members and works to reach a diverse customer base.

Hispanic professionals, members of the U.S. Congress, members of the Cabinet, veteran and military organizations, national women’s organizations, and more groups will receive this LS50 Report. In February 2021, Latina Style will honor FCA and the other 2020 Top 50 Best Companies for Latinas during its 50 Awards and Diversity Leaders Conference.
