With its supernatural-Western atmosphere, hilarious quips, and remarkable cast, Wynonna Earp was praised as one of the best television shows of 2017 by Variety. After a week-long binge of the first two seasons, I found myself eager for the next season of demon-hunting antics. What struck me as intriguing was the collection of utterly cool cars in the town of Purgatory. Each character has their own mode of transportation that perfectly matches their personalities.

Wynonna: 1992 Ford F-150

When Wynonna returned to Purgatory, she didn’t have a vehicle of her own, but she quickly decided that she was going to “borrow” her Aunt Gus’s truck on multiple occasions. The 1992 Ford F-150 made many appearances throughout the first two seasons and was Wynonna’s main mode of transportation. Although, if it hadn’t been snowy or icy throughout many of the scenes, that sweet Harley left to her by her Uncle Curtis was definitely Wynonna’s preferred method of getting from Point A to Point B.

Look at that smile! Pure joy.

Dolls: 2007 GMC Yukon & 2015 Chevrolet Suburban

Black Badge Division agent Xavier Dolls originally rolled up to Purgatory in an unknown sedan when Wynonna was retrieving Peacemaker from the well. But for most of the first season, Dolls was driving around in a “giant narc-mobile,” as Wynonna called it — a 2007 GMC Yukon. After being captured by, and subsequently rescued from, the Black Badge, it seemed Dolls lost his company vehicle privileges. In the latter half of the second season, Dolls got an upgrade and switched to a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban.

Doc: 1977 Chevrolet Camaro

Doc’s cherry red 1977 Chevy Camaro — named Charlene — made its first appearance in the second season, when the historic gunslinger asked Wynonna, “Is it red enough?” Later on in the same episode, the trunk of Charlene became a temporary home for a newly possessed Wynonna. At this point in the show’s storyline, Doc had gotten a better handle on things when it came to driving. His first time behind the wheel of the Stone Witch’s car was quite comical and definitely memorable.

Waverly: 1992 Jeep Wrangler

The youngest of the Earp family, Waverly is known for her peppy personality and expansive knowledge of Earp history. Her bright red 1992 Jeep Wrangler has helped Waves and her sister Wynonna get out of quite a few jams. One of the most notable moments was when baby Earp used the driver’s side door of her Jeep to knock out potential Revenant baby daddy Jonas when he threatened to tell everyone about his demon spawn. Fun times!

Nicole: 2006 Ford Crown Victoria

The taller half of WayHaught may indeed have her own personal vehicle, but Officer Nicole Haught of the Purgatory Sheriff’s Department was most often seen behind the wheel of a 2006 Ford Crown Victoria. Though not the quickest option on the market when it comes to police vehicles, the Crown Vic has starred in some memorable moments on the show, including the time when Wynonna was kidnapped by the last of The Seven — Jack of Knives — while Nicole was left to die in a ditch.

The best brOTP, tbh

Stone Witch: 1979 Lincoln Continental

Although she wasn’t a main member of the cast, Constance Clootie (aka the Stone Witch) had a pretty sweet ride. Her pink 1979 Lincoln Continental brought a chilling vibe with it every time it appeared on screen. Doc eventually got his revenge on the Stone Witch by burying her in the salt flats with nothing but her head poking out, and subsequently got her car as well.

Season 3 of Wynonna Earp premieres on July 20 on SyFy (U.S.) and Space (Canada)
