Subaru WinterFest Lifestyle Tour Celebrating Winter Adventures
Subaru is celebrating winter adventures with a fun tour
For years, Subaru has been an automaker that celebrates the joy of the great outdoors and the passion that comes with it. As an avid promoter of healthy and active lifestyles, it makes sense that Subaru has announced the Subaru WinterFest 2017. The tour, which continues through the beginning of April, is a celebration of winter enthusiasts that includes live music, food, daily giveaways, gear demonstrations, and much more exciting winter-themed activities.
“Subaru has long taken pride in being a brand to facilitate your passions, including winter sports, and our all-wheel-drive vehicles help to power skiers and snowboarders to countless winter adventures,” said Alan Bethke, senior vice president of Marketing, Subaru of America Inc. “We are excited to take Subaru WinterFest on the road to resorts around the country to connect those that share our passion for all things winter.”
Subaru has always been an avid fan of the active lifestyle
The Subaru tour, partnered with POWDR Adventure Lifestyle CO., includes fifteen stops across the nation at popular winter resorts. The live music featured at the events will be sponsored by Harman Kardon®, a well-known audio company that provides many automakers with top quality sound inside vehicles. Other vendors and lifestyle companies that will be present include Under Armour, Klean Kanteen, Thule, Lib Tech, and Nordica.
Many premium sponsors will be at WinterFest 2017 to host demonstrations of gear
To make it an authentic Subaru event, the automaker is working with the National Ski Patrol to create a scholarship fund that allows patrollers and their dogs to attend the Wasatch Backcountry Rescue avalanche dog training school. For every information form received during WinterFest 2017, $1 will go towards the scholarship fund. If you’re lucky, some of the destinations below will feature demonstrations from avalanche rescue dogs and their owners.

- March 4-5 – Lee Canyon, NV
- March 11-12 – The Summit at Snoqualmie, WA
- March 18-19 – Copper Mountain Resort, CO
- March 25-26 – Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort, UT
- April 1-2 – Mt. Bachelor, OR
