What’s New for the 2017 Subaru Forester?

The 2017 Subaru Forester comes with a number of updates for the new model year. The first change is that an enhanced version of Subaru’s EyeSight Driver Assist Technology has been included that features improved sensors, as well as a new lane keeping assist system, adaptive cruise control, and pre-collision with forward automatic braking.

The exterior styling of the Subaru Forester has also been revised. The front fascia now features a new hexagonal grille, as well as newly styled headlights.

Another notable addition is that Subaru’s brake-based torque vectoring technology from the WRX been made available for the top-level Forester 2.0XT model, which provides the vehicle with the ability to vary the power sent to each wheel.

The 2017 Subaru Forester comes in six trims: 2.5i, 2.5i Premium, 2.5i Limited, 2.5i Touring, 2.0XT Premium, and 2.0XT Touring.
