Just like its sibling, the GMC Terrain also offers additional driver-assist technologies as standard features in the 2020 model. These include forward collision warning, front pedestrian braking, and forward automatic emergency braking. Also standard are the Teen Driver system and a rearview camera.
“The 2020 GMC Terrain features comfortable seating in both rows, a ton of standard safety features, and a classy cabin,” according to Trop and Taylor.
The standard 1.5-liter turbo four-cylinder engine paired to a nine-speed automatic transmission is rated at 170 horsepower and 203 lb-ft of torque. For more power, opt for the available 2.0-liter turbo four-cylinder engine (also paired to a nine-speed automatic transmission) for ratings of 252 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque.
