The Demon’s “Performance Pages” offer real-time performance data

From what Dodge has officially revealed about the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon so far, it is clear to see that this is a model built with performance in mind. The latest teaser video from Dodge further demonstrates how performance is the key factor in everything that the Demon does.

The Dodge Demon will come equipped with “Performance Pages” to help drivers record and study performance data.

Dodge revealed quite a bit of information in this teaser, namely that the the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon’s Uconnect system will come equipped with driver-oriented “Performance Pages.” These Performance Pages, which can be accessed through the Demon’s 8.4-inch touchscreen, provide drivers with an in-depth look at the real-time performance statistics of the vehicle.

Additionally, much of the data displayed on the Performance Pages can be recorded in order to track performance changes. By doing so, drivers can create an archive of performance information to help improve their performance levels over time.

The Demon’s Performance Pages will also let drivers choose between three different drive modes: Auto (Street), Drag, and Custom.

Perhaps most intriguing, however, is the Demon’s Custom Mode, which allows for nearly every performance combination available in both Street Mode and Drag Mode.

As a final piece of information, Dodge revealed that the Demon will come equipped with an After-Run Chiller, a first for any production model. This After-Run Chiller keeps the coooling fan and intercooler pump running until the engine reaches a targeted temperature, even after the engine itself is shut down.

By combining all of these new features together, Dodge has created a way for Demon drivers to perfect their performance. Now all that they need to know is just how powerful the Dodge Demon can be when it is pushed to its limits.
