FIAT Reveals 2019 124 Spider Urbana Edition
Driving with the top down has never been as fun as it will be in the new 2019 Fiat 124 Spider Urbana Edition. The new edition, which will be showcased at the 2019 New York International Auto Show, boasts class-leading cargo space and fuel economy rating on the highway, as well as a class-exclusive turbo engine. The rear-wheel drive-equipped 2019 Fiat 124 Spider Urbana Edition is available at three trim levels — Classica, Lusso, and Abarth.

“With the most powerful four-cylinder turbo engine in its class, our Italian-designed Fiat 124 Spider offers an authentic top-down roadster experience with fun-to-drive dynamics,” said Steve Beahm, Head of Passenger Car Brands – Dodge, SRT, Chrysler and FIAT, FCA — North America. “The new Urbana Edition offers a head-turning, custom appearance for the Fiat 124 Spider.”
Matte gray accents define the cabin, which features Urbana leather/microfiber seats, a leather wrapped steering wheel, cruise control, Keyless Start, and Keyless Entry. The sleek exterior boasts Piano Black-painted accents, 17-inch aluminum wheels with performance tires, and front fog lamps. The set-back pillar, mirror caps, and front pillar bar bezel are painted in a Gloss Black finish.
The turbocharged four-cylinder engine can be paired to a six-speed automatic or six-speed manual transmission to generate 160 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque.
According to Fiat, the “124 Spider Urbana Edition is available for $995 on 2019 124 Spider Classica models, which start at $25,190 U.S. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) — the most affordable roadster in its class.”
