Ford, Hertz Bring Hertz 24/7 Service to FordPass App
Got a big shopping trip on the horizon and need to rent a van to help get the job done? Have no fear, Ford and Hertz are here.
Ford has announced that Hertz 24/7 will now be available through FordPass, providing customers with the ability to use Hertz’s hourly van service for their bulk and large item moving needs. Approximately 230 Hertz 24/7 vans can be found across the UK at superstores like Costco, IKEA, and Bunnings.
“Purchases made at homeware and garden stores are often large and difficult to transport,” said Joerg Ullrich, Advanced Consumer Experience Marketing, Ford. “Arranging Hertz 24/7 van hire by the hour through the FordPass app gives our customers an alternative to traditional delivery services, saving them time and money.”

To further incentivize use of Hertz 24/7 through FordPass, Ford and Hertz are offering a £10 credit to users who book their first van through the service by January 31st, 2018. Prices for Hertz 24/7 start as low as £13 per hour.
Other features of FordPass include Ford Credit account management, the ability to find and pay for parking through NCP, and real-time traffic updates for easier commuting. The app is available for free to Ford and non-Ford customers through Google Play and the App Store.
