A full seven months after the 2020 Lincoln Corsair made its debut in New York, Lincoln showed up in Los Angeles with the all-new Lincoln Corsair Grand Touring in tow. Joining the incredibly powerful Lincoln Aviator Grand Touring as the second plug-in hybrid vehicle in the Lincoln lineup, the Corsair Grand Touring boasts the first-ever application of electric all-wheel drive.
“Corsair Grand Touring taps into Lincoln’s growing momentum and builds on our commitment to electrification,” said Joy Falotico, president, The Lincoln Motor Company. “With the addition of Corsair Grand Touring, we now have a family of SUVs that is distinctly Lincoln for every client.”
In the Lap of Luxury: What is Lincoln Black Label and why do you need it
The Lincoln Corsair Grand Touring won’t be as powerful as the Aviator Grand Touring — Lincoln is projecting a combined output of 266 horsepower from the 2.5-liter Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder and permanent magnet synchronous motor— but it should be plenty fun to drive in its own right. With Pure EV mode, the Corsair Grand Touring is estimated to offer a fully electric range of over 25 miles, making it an ideal choice for drivers who make a lot of quick, short trips.

With the Corsair Grand Touring, Lincoln is promising a small luxury SUV that’s intelligent and accommodating. It’ll offer Phone As A Key and Head-Up Display as available options and feature standard Lincoln Co-Pilot360 driver-assistive safety technology. Upgrading to Lincoln Co-Pilot360 Plus adds Active Park Assist Plus, Adaptive Cruise Control with Traffic Jam Assist, Evasive Steering Assist, and Reverse Brake Assist.
The 2020 Lincoln Corsair has begun arriving at dealers nationwide, and the Lincoln Corsair Grand Touring is expected to arrive next summer.
