Subaru Forest Named ‘Best Car to Buy 2019’ by The Car Connection
The all-new 2019 Subaru Forester has been named the “Best Car to Buy 2019” by The Car Connection, thanks to its strong utility, value, and top safety scores.
The Forester was chosen among eight other competitors, all either new or fully redesigned and all having earned top scores in The Car Connection’s TCC Rating system.
The system rates cars based on fuel economy, performance, styling, comfort, utility, and safety, and in the nine years the award has been running, the Forester is the first repeat winner.
Marty Padgett, editorial director of The Car Connection as well as other automotive publications including Green Car Reports and Motor Authority, had only good things to say about the SUV.

Redesigned for 2019, the Forester is roomier, more versatile, and more capable than any of its predecessors. It boasts a strong combination of unique Subaru technologies and segment-exclusive features, with an extremely competitive starting price of just $24,295.
Though it has yet to be tested by the IIHS, the 2018 model was named a Top Safety Pick and Subaru. In fact, with eight TPS or TPS+ vehicles in its lineup, Subaru can confidently claim to be the top manufacturer with regards to automotive safety.
