2017 Cadillac XT5 Will Debut in Dubai
The SRX-replacing Cadillac XT5 crossover has already been spotted in SoHo, and its arrival is all but considered an inevitability as the brand continues talk of product onslaughts. Now, it seems that we know when and where we will officially see the XT5 for the first time.
According to Autoblog, Cadillac has confirmed in a statement that the XT5 will be first appearing at a major US auto show, but rather at the upcoming Dubai Motor Show taking place November 10-14. A couple short weeks later, the XT5 will wash up LA in time for the Los Angeles Auto Show, where Cadillac will look to steal the hearts of luxury customers and auto critics alike.
In a statement released to Autoblog, Cadillac also reiterated that the XT5 will only be the first in “a series of crossovers bearing the ‘XT’ designation.” It’s estimated the Cadillac will introduce as many as four crossover vehicles between 2016 and 2020, all in an effort to capitalize on the segment that has fast become the automotive industry’s hottest and most profitable.
Here’s hoping the eventual announcement will reveal a V-Series version, because fun.
