2019 Nissan Maxima

The Maxima, Nissan’s notable sedan, is ready for 2019 with updates, enhancements and safety upgrades designed to deliver style, power, and confidence. Already on sale at dealerships across the country, the 2019 Maxima is available at five trim levels: S, SV, SL, SR, and Platinum. The base trim boasts a starting Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of $33,950. The MSRP for the SV is 35,960; $38,440 for the SL; $39,530 for the SR; and the Platinum trim has a starting price of $41,440.

A 3.5-liter VQ-series V6 engine paired to a performance-oriented Xtronic transmission generates 300 horsepower in each trim level. The 2019 Maxima offers drivers an improved sense of driving assurance with the offer of Nissan Safety Shield 360, which encompasses Rear Automatic Braking, High Beam Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Blind Spot Warning, and Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection. Nissan’s Rear Door Alert and Intelligent Driver Alertness system are standard on the 2019 model.

Nissan’s signature V-motion grille is more distinct on the 2019 Maxima as is a redesigned fascia that sports quad-tip exhaust finishers. A new exterior paint color called Sunset Drift ChromaFlair is available. New wheel designs distinguish the 2019 model.
