This monster of a pickup has been dubbed the “Goliath”, and it’s easy to see why…

In the world of customized, supercharged vehicles, there are few names more recognizable than Hennessey Performance Engineering. With years of experience in transforming trucks and cars into overpowered – yet aesthetically pleasing – beasts, Hennessey creates the highest-performing customs a car enthusiast could ask for. Their latest creation is an insanely supercharged GMC Sierra Denali capable of 700 horsepower.
Still Impressive Without Customization: the 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 Turbo-diesel engine is its own kind of beast
The supercharged GMC Sierra Goliath
As seen in the above video, Hennessey has turned GMC’s 2019 Sierra Denali into a decked-out behemoth. This new iteration of the Sierra has, rather fittingly, been given the name Goliath 700. The “700” part of the name comes from the pickup’s newly installed .9L supercharger. This allows it to pack a mind-blowing 700 horsepower under its custom hood. The “Goliath” part is self-explanatory.
Hennessey’s supercharged GMC Sierra has been given a complete overhaul. A new high-flow air induction system was added to enable the truck to handle its new speed capabilities. In addition to this, a stainless exhaust, hardened chromoly pushrods, and a custom camshaft have been added. Further alterations – including front-mounted LEDs, 37-inch off-road tires, power-retractable bed covers, and lifts up to six inches – are available for different levels of customization.
Custom performance and aesthetics
This supercharged GMC Sierra has also received a number of aesthetic upgrades and additions. The front grille has been redesigned and now features the Goliath name, as do the doors and bumpers. The front windshield proudly displays the Hennessey name for the world to read. Unique embroidered headrests and a serialized dashboard can be found on the inside.

With all of these extra bells and whistles added to it, the Goliath is certainly a beast to be reckoned with. If you’re a fan of going fast (and looking good while doing it), you may have just found your new dream truck.
You’re welcome.
