Chevy Releases Tomorrowland Behind-the-Scenes Video
The sci-fi adventure Tomorrowland is on track to eventually lose $140 million, which would make it one of the biggest flops in Disney history (and considering Disney’s recent history, that’s saying something… John Carter, anyone?)
But, if you are one of the select few who actually saw the film, you might be interested in this behind-the-scenes video, which features interviews with stars George Clooney and Britt Robertson, as well as director Brad Bird (The Incredibles, Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol).

Tommorowland’s box office woes are a tough break for the 2016 Chevy Volt, which made its big screen debut in the film. The upcoming PHEV even got to experience the red carpet treatment, as Clooney and his wife Amal showed up at the film’s world premiere (below) driving a blue Volt.
The Volt got a lot of compliments from its co-stars, including Keegan-Michael Key, of Key & Peele fame.
“This is my next car,” Key said at the premiere, motioning to the 2016 Volt. “I’m from Detroit, so shame on me for having anything other than an American car, but this is the next car I’m looking at.”
“I think Chevy is great to be making something as cool as the Volt,” filmmaker Brad Bird added when discussing the importance of renewable energy, which he said is key to Tomorrowland and to our own future.
The next-generation Chevrolet Volt will go on sale later this fall, and hopefully the public will greet it more kindly than they did Tomorrowland.
