Create a Custom Pickup Truck Online with the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado Configurator
The new 2019 Chevrolet Silverado model is one of the year’s most highly-anticipated vehicles. While a limited supply of Silverados has already begun to arrive at dealerships across the country, many truck enthusiasts cannot wait to get their hands on this latest pickup truck from the Chevy brand.
While they are waiting, those same enthusiasts can create the Silverado model of their dreams by using the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 configurator, which is now live.
Upcoming Silverado Models: Look out for the new Silverado 4500HD and 5500HD
The Chevy Silverado models that have been shipped out to dealerships are limited in their variety. Therefore, the Silverado configurator reveals some new information about the legendary Chevy pickup truck’s latest iteration.
For example, the only premium color option listed for the Silverado’s Trail Boss trim is Cajun Red Tintcoat, available for a cost of $495. All other exterior hues for the Trail Boss come standard.
The 2019 Silverado can also come equipped with several packages. The Off Road Performance Package, available for $2,495, adds assist steps and a sport bar, while the $800 Custom Convenience Package equips the Silverado with features like remote start and a rear window defogger.
A Legacy of Pickup Truck Power: Take a drive down Chevy Trucks torque memory lane
Of course, the configurator doesn’t display every possible Silverado combination. For example, the configurator only allowed GM Authority to build the Trail Boss with the Crew Cab configuration when the website’s staff went to build their own Silverado, with no option for the Double Cab build.
Still, the configurator provides Chevy fans with their best look at the Silverado until it officially launches nationwide in the near future. To create a custom 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 model of your own, feel free to access the Silverado configurator here.
