Five times the charm for the Dodge Charger as the 2019 model just snagged a Residual Value Award from ALG in the full-size segment.

“As a niche player in the segment, the Dodge Charger offers the best of both worlds with the comfort of a full-size sedan and the power of a muscle car,” said Eric Lyman, senior vice president of ALG. “High performance offered at an affordable price-point leads Charger to sweep the full-size segment and take home its fifth consecutive Residual Value Award.”

ALG residual value award–winners are determined by industry trends, segment competition, established vehicle performance, marketing campaigns, pricing, and vehicle quality.

The 2019 Dodge Charger is available at five trim levels: SXT, GT, R/T, Scat Pack, and SRT® Hellcat. All trims are equipped with rear-wheel drive while the SXT can feature RWD or all-wheel drive. The 2019 Charger features a standard 3.6-liter V6 24-valve VVT engine with available options of a 392 V8 SRT® HEMI® MDS engine and a 5.7-liter V8 HEMI® MDS VVT engine. Transmission options are an AutoStick® automatic and TorqueFlite® eight-speed automatic. The SXT (RWD) and GT trims earn an EPA-estimated fuel efficiency of 19 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway.

Standard features such as Electronic Roll Mitigation, Electronic Stability Control, and Hill Start Assist help deliver a strong, smooth driving performance. Standard Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ compatibility helps you and your passengers stay connected on every drive and the available 8.4-inch touch-screen display of the available  Uconnect® 4C infotainment system is responsive and user-friendly.
