Five Fords Win 2018 Vincentric Best Fleet Value in America Awards
If you’re a fleet manager or driver, you pine for reliability, durability, and low cost. If the 2018 Vincentric Best Fleet Value in America awards are any indication, no brand on the market provides a better combination of these qualities than Ford.

The Ford Taurus SE was tops for large sedans, good for its eighth lifetime win. The Ford F-150 XL was the top choice in the full-size half-ton pickup truck segment for an impressive sixth time, and the Ford F-350 Super Duty XL grabbed the No. 1 spot for full-size one-ton pickups for a third time. The Ford Transit 150 XL low-roof passenger wagon earned its fourth honor among full-size half-ton passenger vans, and the Transit 150 medium-roof cargo van took home its second trophy for full-size half-ton cargo vans.
The Vincentric Best Fleet Value in America awards are determined after a thorough analysis of 28 lifecycle cost scenarios that range from 24 months or 10,000 miles a year to 60 months or 40,000 miles a year. The eight facets on which all vehicles are judged in order to determine lifecycle ownership costs are depreciation, fees and taxes, finances, fuel, insurance, maintenance, opportunity costs, and repairs.
