2019 Chevrolet Blazer trim levels

The eagerly anticipated 2019 Chevrolet Blazer is due to arrive at dealerships early in the new year, and details are finally starting to emerge about possible configurations for the all-new crossover.

The Blazer will come in four different trim levels, and according to the website GM Authority, here’s how those levels will break down.

2019 Chevrolet Blazer L

L is the entry-level trim for the all-new Blazer. It will be equipped with a 2.5-liter inline-four LCV engine that puts out 193 horsepower and 188 lb-ft of torque. Other features of this trim level include FWD and cloth seats.

This is where things get interesting. Usually, base trims are the ones named after the vehicle, but that’s not the case with the 2019 Blazer. This mid-level trim will simply be known as Blazer, but it will actually come in three different variations that probably won’t have specific badging. Like the L, 1LT will be equipped with a 2.5-liter engine, FWD, and cloth seats. 2LT will come with a 3.6-liter V6 LGX engine that puts out 305 horsepower and 269 lb-ft of torque, along with choice of FWD or AWD and cloth seats. 3LT will include the 3.6-liter V6, FWD or AWD, and leather seating.

2019 Chevrolet Blazer RS

The blacked-out, sport-inspired RS trim will come with a 3.6-liter V6, a choice between FWD and AWD powertrains, and leather seats.

2019 Chevrolet Blazer Premier

The top-of-the-line Premier trim will include plenty of additional luxurious features, but its engine (3.6-liter V6), powertrains (FWD or AWD), and seating (leather) are identical to what’s being offered for the RS.
