Kylie Jenner Buys a New Mercedes-Benz Convertible as a Birthday Gift for Friend
It must be great to be friends with reality TV star Kylie Jenner. You get to do all the fabulous rich-people stuff like walk red-carpets, get into any club you want, and receive Mercedes-Benz convertibles for birthday presents.
Yes, you heard that right.
Jenner recently shared a photo on her Instagram page of the new black Mercedes-Benz convertible she gifted her friend Jordyn Woods. Along with the picture, Jenner included this caption,”Happy birthday Jordyn. Thank you for being you. Most down to earth selfless human being! I hope you enjoy it.”

Neither Jenner nor Woods specified which Mercedes-Benz model it is, but the website for Mercedes-Benz Ontario only lists two available black Mercedes-Benz convertibles: the 2016 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E400 and the 2016 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class SLK350.
Since the Mercedes-Benz pictured is clearly a sedan because of its back seats, that means Jenner’s gift probably was the 2016 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E400. This RWD subcompact vehicle features a twin-turbo V6 engine and seven-speed transmission, which work together to produce 329 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque. Additionally, this Mercedes-Benz gets an EPA-estimated fuel economy of 20 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway.
The 2016 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E400 convertible sells for approximately $70,000, but that’s when all the extra features are included, which makes it only about $430,000 less expensive than the Mercedes-Maybach Pullman that rapper Drake recently purchased.
But, the E-Class E400 does comes available with a Harman Kardon Logic 7® surround sound system, so Jenner and her friends can still enjoy the music of the rapper Tyga, who is Jenner’s boyfriend.
