New Packages for Chevrolet Express 2500 Cargo and Passenger Vans in 2018
Customers asked and Chevrolet listened. According to a recent press release from the brand, for 2018, the Chevy Express 2500 cargo and passenger vans will offer four new packages for greater customization on these models.
The Cargo Package is comprised of a spray-on cargo liner, which will make it easier to clean up the truck bed afterwards. The spray-on coating will also provide more durability to the truck bed, so the driver can a wide variety of loads without having to worry about scratches or dents to the truck bed lining.
The Safety Package will deliver more driver assist features and convenience perks. Side Blind Zone Alert and Rear Park Assist will make driving easier and safer than ever. Drivers will enjoy the practicality of heated mirrors as well as cruise control and tilt-wheel functions.

The Communications Package definitely helps simplify contemporary consumers’ lives. It contains Sirius XM satellite radio, Bluetooth, and a CD and MP3 player with an enhanced audio system. A leather-wrapped steering wheel with built-in control buttons will help keep the driver focused on the road while accessing technology.
Enhanced Convenience Package consists of heated mirrors, trailering equipment, and tilt-wheel and cruise control features. Remote keyless entry and remote vehicle start are added bonuses.
These new packages will address some key customer and dealership priorities, such as increasing driver safety and simplifying the ordering process, while boosting driver satisfaction and productivity. These new offerings will also reduce downtime and operating costs for the manufacturer.
