OnStar Reaches One Billion Customer Interactions Milestone
OnStar, the General Motors subsidiary that provides assistance to drivers, has reached an important milestone! They have received more than one billion requests for help from subscribers, and they show no signs of slowing down.
OnStar’s service was the first like it in the industry when it was launched almost 19 years ago on three Cadillac models.
Alicia Boler-Davis, senior vice president of General Motors Global Connected Customer Experience, said, “The pace at which the brand has reached 1 billion interactions shows the vast customer demand for vehicle connectivity and there’s no doubt our second billion interactions will come even quicker.”
