SUPER HEIGHT K-WAGON CONCEPT Premieres at Tokyo Motor Show

On October 23rd, the SUPER HEIGHT K-WAGON CONCEPT made its global premiere at Tokyo Motor Show 2019. The concept car combines spaciousness in the cabin with a powerful performance.

An overview of the concept car’s features

The front of the next-generation super height Kei wagon includes a Dynamic Shield front design concept, as well as a steel bar. The concept car has a long wheelbase, highlighted by black wheel arches and a side sill garnish. Its exterior utilizes both white and olive-green colors, with wheels that match the body. There are also silver roof rails.

Inside the cabin, there’s a plethora of space for passengers so that you can be comfortable on rides. The car’s back seat legroom and rear door opening are the largest in its class. The main color utilized in the interior is brown, while orange is also incorporated throughout the cabin. In addition, the seats are made of synthetic leather, which is covered with diamond quilting.

The super height Kei wagon has a peppy performance and contains an array of driver assistance technologies. The e-Assist preventive safety technology package comes with a braking system to help reduce collision damage, MI-PILOT to assist you on the highway, and collision prevention assistance. As such, the car works to reduce your stress and protect you on drives.

At the show, the MITSUBISHI ENGELBERG TOURER also made an appearance. This SUV utilizes a compact PHEV drivetrain for added passenger space. It also contains a 4WD system and Super All Wheel Control to better the driving performance.

The SUPER HEIGHT K-WAGON CONCEPT is part of the next generation of Kei cars. Mitsubishi is set to release the car before the fiscal year is over.
