2014 is a special year for Toyota in Japan. The Toyota Automobile Museum is celebrating its 25th anniversary in style by introducing some very unique exhibitions that are sure to capture the attention of automotive enthusiasts visiting the museum. The museum will also be holding a number of events over the summer, including demonstrations, talks, and workshops.

The Toyota Automobile Museum anniversary celebration includes an exhibition featuring numerous special-purpose vehicles used in emergency and industrial roles. These vehicles will include a Toyota Crown Patrol Car, Toyota Tow Tractor, Toyota Fire Engine, and Kubota Rice Planter Racwel Alpha. Visitors can attend numerous demonstrations, like a fire truck and rescue vehicle demo, car carrier loading demo, and a traffic safety class.

Additional Toyota Automobile Museum anniversary events include talks on heavy machinery and the Wildfire Truck Concept Car, workshops on making wind chimes, classes to teach attendees about sports cars, and a “how vehicles work” class. These events will run from July 19th through September 28th, and literature will be available in both Japanese and English.
