Wards Names Nissan Altima’s 2.0-liter VC-Turbo to Top 10 List for 2020
The power derived from the 2.0-liter VC-Turbo™ engine in the Nissan Altima delivers intensity and fuel efficiency, and a top 10 rating from the editors at WardsAuto who put the innovative powertrain on its list of “Wards 10 Best Engines & Propulsion Systems” 2020 list.

“The Nissan VC-Turbo performs complex technical feats that amaze engineers and enthusiasts and provides exciting performance and outstanding fuel economy that everyone can appreciate,” says Wards Senior Content Director, Drew Winter.
The turbocharged four-cylinder variable-compression engine generates 236 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque and earns an EPA-estimated fuel rating of 25 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway in 2020 Altima.
