“After we tallied the scores, the Stinger GT took its spot on our list with no debate. Its interior is both elegant and athletic thanks to its high-quality leather and soft-touch materials and a just-right mix of black and red on our test car, accented by real aluminum trim. Our test car also quickly paired our smartphones, had easy-to-understand touchscreen menus, comfortable seats and good fit-and-finish,” said Christie Schweinsberg, WardsAuto Senior Editor.
The 2018 Kia Stinger GT features leather trim-appointed seats, a tilt and telescopic steering column, a leather-wrapped sport steering wheel with paddle shifters, available seating for five, approximately 23.3 cubic feet of cargo space, and available multi-color LED ambient lighting. The Stinger GT also boasts an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, aluminum accent trim, alloy pedals, and aluminum lock door sill scuff plates. A UVO with a 7-inch touchscreen display and nine speakers are standard on the 2018 Stinger GT as is a twin-turbocharged 3.3-liter V6 engine paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission, which puts out 365 horsepower and 376 lb-ft of torque.
