In the latest move on its quest to become a global luxury powerhouse, Lincoln Motor Company opened its first standalone dealership in the United Arab Emirates. Ford Motor Company Chief Customer Experience Officer Elena Ford was on hand for the grand opening in Dubai, inaugurating Lincoln’s largest vitrine facility around the globe.

“This is a great time for Lincoln here in the Middle East,” said Ford. “Our distributors continue to invest in facilities that will not only help grow the Lincoln business, but that also will allow us to showcase Lincoln’s world-class vehicles while introducing thoughtful client services that promise to set us apart.”

The Middle East is the third largest market for Lincoln behind China and the United States, and the UAE is the largest market by far in the region, making Dubai a natural choice for the first standalone dealership. Lincoln expects to continue to grow in the GCC region with a standalone dealership scheduled to open in Kuwait sometime in 2019.

The standalone dealerships offer customers the full scope of the brand ethos known as The Lincoln Way. This includes a warm, welcoming atmosphere replete with a level of signature luxury comparable to Lincoln vehicles, a dedicated team of brand experts who work with customers on their every need, and an open and transparent approach to the sales and service process that lets the customer in on every detail.

The first UAE Lincoln dealership is part of the Al Tayer Motors network, Ford and Lincoln’s dedicated distributor in the Emirates.

“We are thrilled to see the very first stand-alone Lincoln facility come to life thanks to Al Tayer Motors’ continued drive of the Lincoln business, and we commend them for this tremendous facility that will deliver on Lincoln’s one-size-fits-one approach,” said Ford.
