The 2007 GMC Yukon earned a USN Overall Score of 9.2 out of 10, and made the cut thanks to its large size and good performance.

“There are a handful of V8 engine options, and handling is pretty good for an SUV of this size,” reports U.S. News & World Report writer Cherise Threewitt. “It you’re going to be hauling around all that bulk, it’s probably worth looking for a model equipped with a third row, which can seat up to eight passengers. Some Yukon models even had a front bench that boosted capacity to nine.”

The experts at Kelley Blue Book called out the 2007 GMC Yukon’s power fold-and-flip second row and rearview camera as two of their favorite features on the notable model.

“Even if you don’t need its maximum seating or towing capacities, the all-new Yukon shines on enough levels to satisfy the needs and tastes of almost any full-size SUV buyer. That it also gets the category’s best fuel mileage is a definite plus,” according to KBB.
