For the fourth time, Chevrolet is partnering with the National Newspaper Publishers Association to support the academic studies and achievements of students working toward a degree in journalism. The 2019 Discover the Unexpected Journalism Fellowship program has tasked six talented students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities to partake in a road trip across the U.S. During the eight-week summer internship (June 6 – August 1), the students will document stories that impact and reflect African American communities.
