KBB commended the 2020 Spark for its affordable price. It secured third place out of 10 on this exclusive list. Per KBB’s Jason Allan, the publication chose the winners based on the 5-year cost to own for each base model.
At the time of writing, the Spark’s starting MSRP is $13,400. That’s an attractive perk if you want to stay under the $15K price level while still enjoying all that a new car has to offer.

Each model includes a Rear Vision Camera, and you can also add on any of the following available protective technologies: Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Warning, Rear Park Assist, and Forward Collision Alert.
