Lincoln Access Rewards Lets Drivers Score Points

Lincoln Motor Company has announced a new program that will allow customers to save up points that can be put toward all manner of rewards. The new Lincoln Access Rewards loyalty program gives Lincoln owners and lessees the chance to build up points and redeem them for everything from experiences to services to their next new vehicle purchase.
“The Lincoln Access Rewards program builds on our portfolio of effortless experiences,” said Rebecca Anderson, Lincoln client experience manager. “It’s about giving our clients back time — the resource they value most — and then offering personalized experiences that reward them for being with Lincoln.”

Like Lincoln vehicles, the program offers Standard, Reserve, and Black Label tiers. At the highest level, points can be cashed in for Detailing Point and Culinary Collection Point opportunities. Points are earned by scheduling service appointments via the Lincoln Way app, and those points can in turn be used toward a service or maintenance bill. Saving up points will also allow program members to save toward exclusive experiences that will leverage Lincoln’s pre-existing partnerships.
Lincoln confirmed that any customer who purchases a 2020 model year vehicle will receive bonus welcome points automatically. The Standard trim nets 40,000 Lincoln Access Reward Points, a Lincoln Reserve earns 50,000 points, and a Lincoln Black Label purchase earns 70,000 points.
Over the years, Lincoln has moved increasingly toward emphasizing experiences in measure seemingly equal to its revamped lineup. This includes Lincoln Pickup and Deliver services, Lincoln Concierge, and experiences exclusive to Black Label vehicles like complimentary annual detailing.
“This is one more way for us to engage with our clients and show them our appreciation for choosing Lincoln,” added Anderson.
Lincoln Access Rewards takes the place of the outgoing Lincoln Owner Rewards program.
