Nissan Winter Warriors Ready to Conquer Chicago Auto Show
Supposedly, Punxsutawney Phil says that there will be an early spring. With freezing temperatures and snow, it seems as if someone forgot to tell Chicago (and much of the country) the groundhog’s predictions. That works out just fine for the Nissan team and their trio of Winter Warrior concepts headed for this week’s Chicago Auto Show.

Back in January, the Nissan Rogue traded its wheels for tracks to become the Nissan Rogue Warrior concept at the Montreal International Auto Show. At the time, the name was probably meant to reflect the Nissan Titan Warrior concept on display in the same period at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. For the Chicago show, the track-equipped Nissan Rogue has been joined by the Murano and Pathfinder to form a concept trio ready to take on the worst winter can offer.
The three crossovers all are equipped with heavy-duty snow tracks from American Track Truck, Inc., and had their suspension systems and wheel wells modified for the upgrade. The rest of the drivetrain remains stock, and any other upgrades to the vehicle were performed using the extensive Genuine Nissan Accessories lineup. To finish the impressive look of these three concept vehicles, Nissan Design American created identical wraps for them. The matte red color is covered with hashtags and the Nissan Winter Warrior theme to wow auto show guests.
