The All-New PAJERO SPORT Debuts in Thailand

The new Mitsubishi PAJERO SPORT made its global debut in Thailand on July 25th. The popular and powerful mid-size SUV has been redesigned to feature even more innovative technologies and high-quality comfort.

Features of the PAJERO SPORT
The interior of the PAJERO SPORT has a storage tray beneath the revamped floor console as well as a new AC power outlet on the USB plug. Soft padded interior door handles further add to the refined look of the interior.
As for the exterior, the Dynamic Shield front view design concept has headlights that continue from the combination lamps sitting at the bumper corners and the front grille for an enhanced appearance. For additional style, the chrome part design is more powerful and the bonnet is higher.
The PAJERO SPORT is loaded with the 2.4-liter MIVEC turbo diesel engine. Paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, the SUV gives a smooth ride. There is also now a new hands-free feature on the Power Tailgate.
Connectivity is easier than ever with the 8-inch Smartphone-Link Display Audio. The MITSUBISHI Remote Control lets you conveniently open and close the Power Tailgate and preset the tailgate reservation system from your smartphone. The app will also send you notifications on your smartphone if you forget to lock the doors when you leave your SUV.
The vehicle contains more safety features to help protect you on the road. These include Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Lane Change Assist. In addition, the Super-Select 4WD-II system helps give you traction on every surface.
For 4WD models, the new switch on the off-road mode gives you even more control in rough conditions.

There’s no word yet on if the new PAJERO SPORT or MONTERO SPORT, as you may remember it, will debut in the U.S. Still, with all its exciting new features, the new PAJERO SPORT is shaping up to be an impressive vehicle.
