The Lincoln Way Makes Jump to America for 2017 Continental
Lincoln announced last month that The Lincoln Way, a suite of services previously only made available to customers in China, will make the leap to the United States this fall as a standard feature for the 2017 Continental.
The client-oriented package of experience-based features includes valet pickup and delivery, complimentary loaner vehicles, and the ability to track the status of any services they are having done online. The service will be standard as part of the Continental’s factory warranty.

“Lincoln vehicles are designed and engineered to create a seamless, effortless, engaging experience for the client,” said Kumar Galhotra, president of The Lincoln Motor Company. “The Lincoln Way complements that through outstanding client services.”
In addition, Lincoln will be opening its first Lincoln Experience Center at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, California. At the center, customers will be able to enjoy a more hands-on, intimate experience with Lincoln products and learn more about the various aspects of the brand.
The Lincoln Way was one of the key components of the brand’s launch in China in 2014. Last year, Lincoln’s first full year of sales totaled 11,630 vehicles; through the first half of 2016, Lincoln sales exceeded that number at more than 12,000 vehicles sold with a total of 45 new dealerships open across the country.
Lincoln will look to integrate the new service with its Black Label brand and the Lincoln Miles leasing pilot.
“We’re continuing to expand on The Lincoln Way, and as we do, you’ll see a common theme – effortless and personal service for the client,” said Galhotra. “Lincoln is matching compelling vehicles with world-class service.”
