The 2016 Ford Fusion is offered in eight trim levels: S, SE, S Hybrid, Hybrid SE, Titanium, Hybrid Titanium, Fusion Energi SE, and Fusion Energi Titanium.

The 2016 Ford Fusion features six engine options: a 2.5-liter 16V i-VCT I-4 engine (175 hp and 175 lb-ft of torque), a 1.5-liter Ti-VCT I-4 EcoBoost (181 hp and 185 lb-ft of torque), a 1.5-liter Ti-VCT GTDI I-4 EcoBoost with Auto Start-Stop (181 hp and 185 lb-ft of torque), a 2.0-liter Ti-VCT I-4 EcoBoost (240 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque), a 2.0-liter Atkinson-Cycle I-4 Hybrid Engine (141 hp and 129 lb-ft of torque), and a 2.0-liter Atkinson-Cycle I-4 Energi Plug-In Hybrid Engine (141 hp and 129 lb-ft of torque).

2016 Ford Fusion Efficiency

The 2016 Ford Fusion midsize sedan gets excellent fuel economy across all of its trims, but the Energi SE and Energi Titanium are particularly worthy of note, because each gets 95 MPGe in the city and 81 MPGe on the highway because of the 2.0-liter Atkinson-Cycle I-4 Energi Plug-In Hybrid Engine featured on both trims.
