2019 Nissan Kicks Named One of the 10 Coolest New Cars Under $20,000 By KBB
The definition of “cool” when it comes to cars can vary from driver to driver. But for Kelley Blue Book, cool cars all have certain things in common: the latest tech, a fun-to-drive feel, stylish design, and an affordable price.
KBB.com recently released its list of the “10 Coolest Cars Under $20,000,” and the 2019 Nissan Kicks landed a spot on the list thanks to its unique style and larger-than-life personality.
“The Nissan Kicks offers eye-catching style and loads of personality, plus the practicality of standard advanced safety features and a fuel-efficient engine, all with a starting price below $19,000,” report the KBB editors. “And despite this Nissan’s diminutive size, its interior is roomy and comfortable.”
The 2019 Nissan Kicks features a choice of three trim levels — S, SV, and SR. A 122-horsepower rated standard 1.6-liter DOHC 16-valve four-cylinder engine is paired to a Continuous Variable Valve Timing Control System.
Safety is always a priority in a Nissan vehicle, and the 2019 Kicks boasts innovative and advanced safety features and systems. A RearView Monitor and Automatic Emergency Braking come standard while advanced driver assist technologies including Blind Spot Warning and Rear Cross Traffic Alert are available.
Not only is the 2019 Kicks fun to drive, it also provides an entertaining and connected drive thanks to standard streaming audio via Bluetooth wireless technology and available Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability for seamless smartphone integration.
The 2019 Nissan Kicks is no stranger to favorable attention. Recently, it earned praise from the experts at Good Housekeeping and Car and Driver, which honored the stylish vehicle as their top pick in the subcompact crossover category. Additionally, the well-equipped cabin of the 2019 Nissan Kicks earned the SUV a spot on WardsAuto’s “10 Best Interiors List.”
