Because the Focus RS is incredible, Ford is making available a winter tire kit that will allow you to, at the very least, get from Point A to Point B with as little resistance as possible. But because this is the Focus RS, you may just want to use the tire kit to do your best Snowkhana recreation.
The kit comes with 225/40R18 Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 tires mounted to 18×7.5-inch wheels, which are narrower and have a smaller diameter. This means that if you want to be even more cautious or if you live on Hoth, you can fix your Focus RS with snow chains.
The Focus RS Winter Wheel & Tire Package will be available for models sold in North America only. It will be sold in the United States as a $1,995 option, while it will be offered as standard equipment in Canada because Canada.
