Some of the best things in life are the simple ones. Like going for a drive to the soundtrack of your favorite playlist — or sinking your teeth into a slice of pizza after a long day at school or work.
Speaking of pizza… ordering a pie of your own is about to become even easier than it already is. Dominos has just announced that it will soon release an in-car ordering feature via the Xevo platform later this year.
Details about the new feature
The Xevo Marketing platform is already live in millions of vehicles, according to Brian Woods, chief marketing officer at Xevo. So, Domino’s collaboration with this company is definitely a strategic one.
Customers will be able to place a pizza order with just a few taps on their vehicle’s touch-screen display. They can even use the Domino’s Tracker to estimate how soon their order will be delivered. Another helpful function, Easy Order, will allow customers to access recent orders in case they tend to order certain pizzas frequently.

A powerful partnership for a promising platform
Domino’s expressed excitement about the platform and business alliance. It’s just the recent example of how this popular chain prioritizes prompt service and customer satisfaction. “At Domino’s, we want pizza ordering to be simple and always within reach, no matter where a customer happens to be. This new AnyWare platform will make ordering pizza easy, whether you’re in the car waiting for the kids to finish soccer practice or you’re on your way home from work,” said Chris Roeser, director of digital experience at Domino’s.
