Florida Georgia Line Cruises to Vegas in Elvis’ Pink Cadillac in “Smooth” Music Video
Sunday, Florida Georgia Line, a fairly-seasoned member of the country music genre, came out with a new music video: “Smooth.”
As expected, the new music video features the duo’s truck: their Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Unfortunately, the truck isn’t doing so hot this time around; the engine is smoking and they’re struggling to get it up and running.
Luckily, by the grace{land} of Elvis, the two were able to hop in the back of his pink Cadillac and make their way to Vegas.

The Cadillac, of course, is a throwback to Elvis’ real-life Pink Cadillac, now displayed in the heart of Graceland in Tennessee. Elvis originally purchased his Cadillac for his mother, but continued to drive it because his mother didn’t have her driver’s license.
The group decides to make the most of their trip to Vegas, getting a taste for all of the classic experiences: gambling, drinking, and dancing. Of course, Elvis takes a detour to officiate a marriage, rounding off their trip.
Country music is known for its loyalty to American-made cars, usually partial to Chevrolet, Cadillac, or Ford, so it’s only fitting that Florida Georgia Line’s new video featured two out of three.
The pair are definitely fans of the Chevy Silverado, featuring it in more than one music video. The pick-up has made an appearance in their video for the summertime hit, “Cruise,” receiving over 100 million views on YouTube.
