Gearheads, get ready to binge-watch season three of the Lexus 0 to 60 Challenge. The web series just dropped on the Lexus YouTube channel — and it’s loaded with fun-filled races, intense moments, and spirited competition. Here’s a preview of what’s in store.

Team players

In season three of the Lexus 0 to 60 Challenge, two teams of returning champions face off to see who will reign supreme on the racetrack.

Team Salley is headed up by season one winner John Salley, accompanied by actors Jaleel White and Omar Benson Miller. Coached by the legendary race car driver Scott Pruett, it’s safe to say that Team Salley is in good hands.

Team Jeter is captained by Carmelita Jeter, a three-time Olympic gold medalist and season two champion of the challenge. She’s backed by actors Mekhi Phifer and Curtis Hamilton, and coached by Jack Hawksworth — one of the fastest and most versatile drivers in contemporary racing.

Hitting the road

Team Salley and Team Jeter will face off at the infamous Laguna Seca — an 11-turn, 2.2-mile paved track on the coast of central California. Of course, it wouldn’t be the Lexus 0 to 60 Challenge without some amazing cars — naturally, each team member will take to the road in either a Lexus GS F, LC 500, or RC F Track Edition.

Accompanied by host Darian “Big Tigger” Morgan, two teams of celebs competed in five different challenges, like the Slide & Slalom Challenge, the Corkscrew Challenge, and the Team Relay, each designed to test cars and push drivers to their limits. The winner gets more than bragging rights — they get to take home one of these supercars for a year.
