Marc Gene will Pilot the Nissan GT-R LM NISMO
The first driver of the Nissan GT-R LM NISMO race car has been revealed. Marc Gene has been chosen as the first to pilot the GT-R LM NISMO in its first race, and he has quite an impressive resume. He’s raced in eight Le Mans 24 Hours races with one first place finish and has been a test driver for Scuderia Ferrari for ten years.
Darren Cox, global head of Brand, Marketing & Sales for NISMO, said, “In Marc, we have found a Le Mans winner who has raced for two LM P1 works teams and can provide a guiding hand for the other drivers who are stepping up to LM P1. We are very happy to welcome Marc to Nissan and look forward to the development of a successful relationship.”
