Nissan is Bringing Its Best Tech to CES 2018
The staff of The News Wheel is excited for time off with their families for the holidays, but once they get back to work at the beginning of 2018 they are prepared to cover the Consumer Electronics Show, or CES, kicking off in early January. The best tech in the world will be on display, and the automotive industry is bringing its best innovations to show off. Nissan in particular is planning on wowing the crown with both established technology and new ideas.

When it comes to new technology, Nissan is being intentionally vague about what it is bringing to CES 2018. The press release on the Nissan Newsroom says simply that it is a “A very interesting future technology regarding vehicle control…which may cause a lot of thinking…” A video also accompanying the release asks if “the future of driving on your mind”. It has to be an allusion to a new level of autonomous technology, but we’ll have to wait and see if Nissan drops any more hints.
As for existing technology, Nissan announced that it is bringing the IMx Concept Vehicle to make its US debut. The all-new 2018 Nissan Leaf will also be on display before it is available on dealership lots to show off its myriad of technologies, such as ProPILOT Assist and e-Pedal. The 2018 Nissan Rogue is also coming to demonstrate its own technology as Nissan’s bestselling crossover vehicle.
