Combining its innovative electric vehicle technologies and the sporty performance personality of its NISMO vehicles, the debut Nissan LEAF NISMO is driving into Japanese markets at the end of this month.

The Nissan LEAF, a world-best seller for the automaker and an all electric vehicle, delivers zero emissions and is equipped with advanced autonomous driving technologies including ProPILOT, ProPILOT Park, and e-Pedal. The LEAF has not only garnered attention from drivers, but also from critics, taking home the “2018 World Green Car” award from the New York International Auto Show. The LEAF NISMO borrows much of its identity from the award-winning and popular 2018 Nissan LEAF.

For its stunning appeal, the LEAF NISMO borrows exterior details synonymous with the NISMO series including layered double wings. Plus, it’s grounded by 18-inch aluminum wheels. The LEAF NISMO allows for serious customization with nine body color options. The exterior also features a custom front grille, NISMO emblems on the rear and front, a custom rear and front bumper, and custom LED hyper day lights.

A three-spoke custom Alcantara® leather-wrapped steering wheel along with the rest of the cabin including the start/stop ignition switch and air conditioning vents are accented with red details. The driver-centric cockpit features a gun metal chrome-finished electronic shift. Gray and red stitching adorns the trim cloth on the door and the material on the custom seats.
