SAIC-GM-Wuling Launches Baojun 310 Wagon
Yesterday SAIC-GM-Wuling officially launched the all-new Baojun 310 Wagon, three months after the model made its global debut at Auto Shanghai 2017.
The Baojun 310 Wagon combines the affordability of an entry-level passenger car with the practicality and spaciousness of a wagon.
The car extends its long wheelbase to 2,750 mm, and can double its flat rear cargo area to 1,460 liters when the second-row seats are folded flat. It also comfortably seats up to five passengers, and provides ample legroom for those sitting in the second row.
The new Baojun 310 Wagon also comes equipped with a host of safety features, including the rear-view camera, tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), electrically heated external rear-view mirrors, and ISOFIX locks for child safety seats.

Additionally, in an effort to penetrate the youth market, the Baojun 310 Wagon comes equipped with the type of comfort and convenience features normally found on more premium. Said features include an 8-inch touchscreen in the center console, constant-speed cruise control, and USB ports and air-conditioning controls for rear seat passengers.
In terms of performance, the Baojun 310 Wagon’s P-Tec naturally aspirated 1.2-liter and 1.5-liter engines are paired with a six-speed manual transmission, yielding combined fuel economy of up to 6.5 liters/100 km. The powertrain combinations were engineered to strike the perfect balance between performance and fuel economy.
The Baojun 310 Wagon is available in three different variants, which range in price from RMB 42,800 to RMB 56,800.
Baojun has succeeded in becoming one of China’s fastest-growing vehicle brands, with the brand’s deliveries increaing 48.5% last year to a record 688,390 units. The automaker’s portfolio ranges from minicars and small cars to MPVs and SUVs.
